My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! There was no need to leave with practically a beach in the backyard with swimming, crabbing and fishing! The spacious home was enjoyed by all, including the dogs! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Was a great experience! Had everything we needed for a family! Had a pool, bay access, fishing and crabbing and the Seaside Park Beach was 5 minutes away! My grandkids had a ball!

Great experience. Arthur Rue Agency had amazing customer service and always answered all my questions immediately. The place was really clean with a great view. Plenty of space and great location. Pool was really clean but could use a little updating. But no complaints would recommend it to friends and family !

Good house. Second year. Close to the beach, boardwalk. Cannot control the weather (poor) this year.

Great location

The place was situated in a great area across from the beach. The beach house was nicely decorated. We had a great next door neighbor by the name of “Mark” who was very helpful and cordial. I would rent this place again. I had excellent communication with Arthur Rue agency they were very helpful in responding to my inquiries.

This has been our Jersey Shore vacation spot for 5 years now and it has been the most wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. The house is a perfect shore house and is located in the best location to all shore towns from Island State Park to Lavallette. We just love it and look forward to our next week away from the day that we leave. Thank you

Was not aware that I needed to deposed all garbage on Saturday morning. I have no excuse, but the realtor could of went over this issue with me when I picked up the keys and beach passes. 2) there were issues with owners of 1111 N. Ocean Ave. , they took our 3rd parking spot and we felt very unwanted. Also issues with water and ice with the refrigerator. We had to purchase cases of water and bags of ice.

The property was lovely. Well maintained, not many issues. The owner on the other side made several comments about parking despite us staying on our half. We never crossed that line so that was a bit frustrating. The living room couch was not comfortable and the owner should look to have it repaired or replaced (low on the right end facing the couch). Also, it was frustrating that when we arrived the gas for the grill was left empty which ruined our dinner plans when we went to go grill. We were not made aware when we rented that we would be responsible for the gas and there was no information about where to even go to get it filled. There should be a back up tank at all times so that no guest is left without propane.

I t is our 6th year and we have always had a great week. This year we found some great improvements to the house. Some new appliances, i.e., Refrig & Stove and also mattress's would make it perfect. Thank you

We have been staying at 1109 Ocean for 6 years now and this is by far the best beach rental. We and all are friends and family who can come visit just adore their visits and being able to write letters with a few of the other folks who rent is a wonderful thing. Plan on stay again next season for sure.

Couldn't get much closer to the ocean. The location was perfect. 5 great restaurants within a 3 block radius. Also a pizza/sub restaurant 2 blocks away. Ice cream parlor 3 blocks away. The unit had a lot of stairs (29 just to get to the unit). Not conducive for the elderly or very young children. Spiral staircases in unit to 2nd & 3rd flrs.

Love the Seaside Park Area and Especially being in a Condo right on the Water with multiple decks overlooking the Ocean! Lauren of Arthur Rue has been Extremely Helpful in ensuring our Vacation went Smoothly and Exceeded Our Expectations!

We Booked our Stay for the First Week of August with Lauren of Arthur Rue well in advance. The property was just as advertised, virtually on the Ocean with a Roofdeck and 6 or 7 other Decks overlooking the water. Incredibly convenient and very close of everything we wanted in Seaside Park. Short walk to Bums Tavern and Berkley Cut which we love. Highly Recommended!

We had a wonderful time at this unit. We had everything we needed but most of all the owner of the unit was supper to us and the other owners in the building were very friendly as well. We will rent this unit again if we get the chance.

This home is in the perfect location being about a block to the ocean beach and about a block to the bay. There's also island beach state park right down the road and a nice bike rental place right nearby. We loved having dedicated parking and an elevator. Home is spacious, clean and nicely configured. The couple things I would wish for is if there weren't the extremely bright exterior lights on all night long which make it hard to enjoy the balcony in the evening and shine into all of the windows (no window treatments in the main living area) and sturdier sofas in the living room that can be used by adults for additional sleeping space; we got around that by bringing our own air mattress. I also think the rental agency could streamline communication with renters with some kind of communication platform because I found that a bit challenging to manage between phone/message/email especially being used to how smooth that is with apps like AirBnB. Regardless I recommend this spacious 2bed/2bath in an exceptional location for both ocean and bay access.

It was so easy to bring our suitcases up since there is an elevator. We loved the brand-new condo; it was so clean and airy and bright. Very comfortable beds and we loved the marble showers. It was so nice to cook in the open kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. Our Grandkids visited us, and the younger one played at the bay beach, and the older one preferred the ocean beach. We love walking to B&B Dept. store nearby and there are lots of restaurants a short walk away. Wonderful quiet location! Highly recommend.

I was looking for a quiet beach rental and this place was great. It had an elevator so I didn't have to carry anything upstairs. We had relaxing walks on the boardwalk and beach, and our Grandkids came to stay with us in the extra bedroom. We biked and crabbed at the bay pier, and cooked in the fantastic kitchen and relaxed on the outdoor balcony. There was plenty of parking and everything in the unit was brand new and working perfectly. This place is in pristine condition, and I would rent here again.

Great vacation experience at this property

The house was gorgeous and decorated with love while keeping the simplicity and cleanliness needed for a rental. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for home cooked meals and entertaining. The only thing that was a little challenging was access to the backyard. Although it was lovely and well equipped with furnishings , you needed to take the elevator or walk down 3 flights of stairs to access the backyard through the garage. We made to just fine without using the backyard for the week we stayed in Seaside Park.

Beautiful home, plenty of parking, wonderful sunsets.

My family and I truly enjoyed this home. Everything we needed within reach, not too far, yet, not in the middle of crowds. Normally stay closer to boards, this year changed things up. Completely satisfied with our decision. Pool for Hot days, shade to escape the heat, dock for crabbing. Everyone was happy. Thank you to the Smith family for sharing your home.
