My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! There was no need to leave with practically a beach in the backyard with swimming, crabbing and fishing! The spacious home was enjoyed by all, including the dogs! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Was a great experience! Had everything we needed for a family! Had a pool, bay access, fishing and crabbing and the Seaside Park Beach was 5 minutes away! My grandkids had a ball!

Pool was really clean but could use a little updating. But no complaints would recommend it to friends and family !

Our rental experience was great! The large home accommodated our family well. We enjoyed getting to be together all under one roof. The amenities the home provided were much appreciated. Our favorite area was the outside patio with the outdoor tv and grill. We also enjoyed playing ping pong in the basement too. One of our guests is handicapped and the elevator allowed him to enjoy the fun on each level. We had a great time!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The location is hard to beat -- just a short walk to both the ocean and the bay, making it perfect for beach days, sunsets, and water activities.

The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. One of our favorite features was the outdoor space. The backyard was beautifully maintained and provided the perfect setting for meals and evening gatherings around the firepit.

The amenities truly set this property apart. The bikes were a fantastic bonus and made exploring the neighborhood easy and enjoyable. The ping pong table and pool table was an added bonus as was the sauna!

Whether you're looking for a family getaway or a relaxing retreat with friends, this home offers the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and fun. We would gladly return. Highly recommend!

Exceptional home and outstanding amenities. Planning on coming back to enjoy this property and Seaside Park. Entire family had a great vacation.

We were a rotating mass of 10 adults and two infants. We couldn't have picked a better place, and we couldn't have picked a better broker. A few small matters that required attention, and Tony from Rue was on them super fast and got resolution. The house is very new and well equipped. We will return.

Great vacation experience at this property

The house was gorgeous and decorated with love while keeping the simplicity and cleanliness needed for a rental. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for home cooked meals and entertaining. The only thing that was a little challenging was access to the backyard. Although it was lovely and well equipped with furnishings , you needed to take the elevator or walk down 3 flights of stairs to access the backyard through the garage. We made to just fine without using the backyard for the week we stayed in Seaside Park.

The family was happy with our vacation in Seaside Park. Everything was as expected having stayed at this home a number of times. The original concerns remain, they need a lock on the main floor bathroom, without it makes the facility not comfortably used. And they need different outdoor furniture in the yard. As it is it makes the yard pretty useless, which is a shame since it is a large spot. It also would be nice to have a permanent dish washer as the portable one is not easy to use, so doing dishes every meal makes for more of a chore than wanted on vacation. It would be nice to have the house provide more beach badges. 4 for a home that has four bedrooms leads us to have to buy weeklies at a cost. We do enjoy the outside front porch as we gathered there every evening. The dining room is a great size and there is lots of seating. We do eat in for most of our meals, aside from a boardwalk dinner and a takeout meal on our last day, the kitchen is well stocked, the pantry very convenient to house all our food supplies and the refrigerator/freezer is a great size. Having the upstairs full and half bath, the outside shower with the extra half bath in basement accommodates our family. The enclosed front porch is a great additional living space. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation. The family also rents two other houses the same week and they enjoyed their visits to this comfortable home.

My family and I truly enjoyed this home. Everything we needed within reach, not too far, yet, not in the middle of crowds. Normally stay closer to boards, this year changed things up. Completely satisfied with our decision. Pool for Hot days, shade to escape the heat, dock for crabbing. Everyone was happy. Thank you to the Smith family for sharing your home.

magnificent front porch. Spacious layout with bedrooms on three floors which gave everyone in our family plenty of space. Fenced in grass back yard was a plus for my grandson.

I would highly recommend this house - peaceful, quiet, beautiful and FUN.

And I would highly recommend Anthony and Lauren at Arthur Rue; they are outstanding - kind, thoughtful, attentive, and always go above and beyond!

All in all our experience at 809 was very positive. The house is beautiful and the location was perfect.
On the negative side the house was not very well appointed with adequate with cooking and serving pieces for a property rented for 14 people example we had to purchase serving bowls and platters for serving salads, etc. The supply of bath towels and linens was also inadequate for 14 people...we did a lot of laundry. It would also have been a benefit to have a real broom and dustpan or vacuum cleaner to keep the floors clean. The broom and battery powered sweeper provided were useless. The sweeper was clogged with hair so I had clean it to get it to work properly.

We had everything that we needed. John is a terrific landlord. Greeted us and made himself available if anything was needed

Home was clean, comfortable and spacious bedroom sizes. Loved the walkability to everything! Owner stopped in when we arrived and was very helpful. Our kids loved being able to walk across the street to swim and play on the playground.

I cant say enough good things about this rental. Its much biggerin person and perfect for what me my 2 kids and dog needed. Right across from the bay and pier. The sunsets everynight were magical. The ocean is a very short walk across the road. Right around the corner is everything you need. A bakery, market, liquor store and 2 shops. A 5 min drive brings you right into seaside heights and the boardwalk. The owner John is very nice and will answer any questions you have. My one problem is that i only booked a week! Next year will be longer!

Accomodations far exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, comfortable,spacious and in good working order. We rode our bikes to the ocean every day. Kids used the playground every day. Very friendly neighborhood. Owner cordially greeted us upon arrival and departure. We plan to return next year.

It is a great location right across from the bay!

Our stay was nice; we enjoyed looking at the bay in the morning. The property was clean when we arrived and we left it the same way upon our departure.We liked having a kitchen stocked with cooking supplies and the gas grills in the shady yard were a big hit. The owner greeted us personally on our 2nd day and was quick to respond to our call for a small issue. We would recommend a mat or non-stick decals for the stand up shower. We had to use caution when showering. We were there to enjoy the ocean but the grandkids also enjoyed crabbing on the pier. Traps were provided at the unit. We like the quiet nature of Seaside Park. There is a gift shop, bakery, ice cream parlor and more within walking distance. It is only a five minute drive to Seaside Heights boardwalk for rides and arcades.

Accommodated 4 adults and 4 children in comfort. Picnic tables in back allowed for guest gatherings. Excellent location with playground and beach across the street. Ample parking. Nice kitchen fully equipped. Lovely week there.

We rented 508 South Bayview from Arthur Rue. We rented this property with the expectation that there was an outdoor shower. It said it very clearly in the listing. The outside shower was a hose with a spigot attached. Not an outdoor shower. Clearly a "bait and switch" situation. We'd communicated to AR that we would only rent a house with an outdoor shower and got the owners second rate version of an outdoor shower. False advertising.2. The property was dirty and unsafe. We didn't discover this right away, but not only did the couch have boards underneath it, but someone had vomited previously and the remnants of the vomit were inside and none of us could sit on that couch due to the smell. In addition, there were cracked tiles in the upstairs bathroom and our friend who stayed in that space cut her foot on them.3. In the category of unsafe, the knob on the oven had no markings for temperature control. This may be a fire code violation.4. The toilet paper holder in the downstairs bath was held there with bandaids.5. Vents and switches were rusted, wall paper was peeling, rugs had brown stains, toilet seats were cracked and it was an utter mess.All of us who stayed at this property are in our 60s, not 20s. It was reminiscent of a fraternity house. Utterly unacceptable. I would give Arthur Rue less than one star. In addition, the realtor never responded to our email communication.

The location was prefect with the park and bay beach right across the street. John the owner was a pleasure to talk too and work with. Arthur Rue staff was a pleasure to work with and very attentive. We had a issue with cleanliness. There was mold in the shower and bathtub. We went out a bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it up. The entire house was not the cleanest but we did a full swept and scrub of the home. We did have to ask that the air conditioner filters be change because we all had issues with breathing. The home itself was prefect for my family plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We will be returning to the area but I hope John finds a cleaning crew that treats his home as well as he does.
