Home was clean, comfortable and spacious bedroom sizes. Loved the walkability to everything! Owner stopped in when we arrived and was very helpful. Our kids loved being able to walk across the street to swim and play on the playground.

I cant say enough good things about this rental. Its much biggerin person and perfect for what me my 2 kids and dog needed. Right across from the bay and pier. The sunsets everynight were magical. The ocean is a very short walk across the road. Right around the corner is everything you need. A bakery, market, liquor store and 2 shops. A 5 min drive brings you right into seaside heights and the boardwalk. The owner John is very nice and will answer any questions you have. My one problem is that i only booked a week! Next year will be longer!

Accomodations far exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, comfortable,spacious and in good working order. We rode our bikes to the ocean every day. Kids used the playground every day. Very friendly neighborhood. Owner cordially greeted us upon arrival and departure. We plan to return next year.

It is a great location right across from the bay!

Our stay was nice; we enjoyed looking at the bay in the morning. The property was clean when we arrived and we left it the same way upon our departure.We liked having a kitchen stocked with cooking supplies and the gas grills in the shady yard were a big hit. The owner greeted us personally on our 2nd day and was quick to respond to our call for a small issue. We would recommend a mat or non-stick decals for the stand up shower. We had to use caution when showering. We were there to enjoy the ocean but the grandkids also enjoyed crabbing on the pier. Traps were provided at the unit. We like the quiet nature of Seaside Park. There is a gift shop, bakery, ice cream parlor and more within walking distance. It is only a five minute drive to Seaside Heights boardwalk for rides and arcades.

Accommodated 4 adults and 4 children in comfort. Picnic tables in back allowed for guest gatherings. Excellent location with playground and beach across the street. Ample parking. Nice kitchen fully equipped. Lovely week there.

We rented 508 South Bayview from Arthur Rue. We rented this property with the expectation that there was an outdoor shower. It said it very clearly in the listing. The outside shower was a hose with a spigot attached. Not an outdoor shower. Clearly a "bait and switch" situation. We'd communicated to AR that we would only rent a house with an outdoor shower and got the owners second rate version of an outdoor shower. False advertising.2. The property was dirty and unsafe. We didn't discover this right away, but not only did the couch have boards underneath it, but someone had vomited previously and the remnants of the vomit were inside and none of us could sit on that couch due to the smell. In addition, there were cracked tiles in the upstairs bathroom and our friend who stayed in that space cut her foot on them.3. In the category of unsafe, the knob on the oven had no markings for temperature control. This may be a fire code violation.4. The toilet paper holder in the downstairs bath was held there with bandaids.5. Vents and switches were rusted, wall paper was peeling, rugs had brown stains, toilet seats were cracked and it was an utter mess.All of us who stayed at this property are in our 60s, not 20s. It was reminiscent of a fraternity house. Utterly unacceptable. I would give Arthur Rue less than one star. In addition, the realtor never responded to our email communication.

The location was prefect with the park and bay beach right across the street. John the owner was a pleasure to talk too and work with. Arthur Rue staff was a pleasure to work with and very attentive. We had a issue with cleanliness. There was mold in the shower and bathtub. We went out a bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it up. The entire house was not the cleanest but we did a full swept and scrub of the home. We did have to ask that the air conditioner filters be change because we all had issues with breathing. The home itself was prefect for my family plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We will be returning to the area but I hope John finds a cleaning crew that treats his home as well as he does.

The location is great. Bay beach across the street alongside a pier for crabbing. Ocean is not too far of a walk. Good bakery up the street!

508 Bayview was perfect for our family and closest friends! Could not ask for a better location. Directly across from the bay and pier with gorgeous sunset views, yet only a 3 minute walk to the beautiful, wide open ocean side beach and boardwalk! The house had everything we needed and more. John, the owner of the property was readily available and super helpful. We can’t wait to book for Summer 2021‍♀️☀️
