Primary spa bath Private beach, no lifeguard, can swim at the next beach in front of the Island Beach Motor Lodge badges provided. Need parking permit to park on the street. Best oceanfront location in NJ w spectacular view overlooking Island Beach State Park, Ocean and Bay.We have our own private beach in front of the condo (only shared with the ten owners of our building - no lifeguard) and a pool which you can view from the balcony (pool opening dependent on COVID rules in place- no lifeguard), You also have access to the public beach entrance right next door if you want a lifeguard beach (6 passes included in stay). Wheel Chair Accessible.

A Lovely View of Nature and the Ocean, As this property borders the State Park. My family enjoyed sitting on the porch, swimming at the pool and the Beach. The place was clean, comfortable and not overly cluttered. I highly recommend this property .

The condo was equipped with all the high quality amenities you could ask for. Comfortable beds and the perfect location. The views you have to experience as no words can fully describe how amazing they are !! The beach is right out your door. I will be back for sure !!

The condo was clean, modern and comfortable for all of us. The location can’t be beat! The balcony overlooks the most beautiful beach and dunes imaginable. The beach is clean and there are restaurants within a minutes walk. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a beach vacation .
