weather was lousy, but liked the place and location.

Me, my wife and daughter had a very nice stay at 901 South Ocean Avenue. Nice Dunes and Flora clearly visible from the house, a minute or two's walk to the beach, just a nice vacation home.

We have stayed all over from Jenkinson's to Bum Rogers with the kids over the years and this is a solid beachfront property. Right across from the access ramp and this section of beach was pretty quiet. Plenty of on-street parking starting Sunday night. The garage is full of beach chairs, boards, toys, coolers and several bikes so don't worry about bringing too much. It's a pine planked old house with a great family vibe. Very well-stocked kitchen, baths and laundry room. Great AC, friendly helpful owner and a perfect spot for letting the world take care of itself. Forget the car because everything is right under your nose walking or biking right up to the Heights. You do have your own private parking spot too. It is also bigger than it looks in the pictures with the outside patio and sunroom perfect for morning coffee and grilling outside dinners after the beach. No long rolling carts down the block with this property it's a quick jump on and off the sand especially with the kids. We've had our eye on this one for a while and it's our new go-to. 6 beach badges and WiFi were icing on the cake too! Our tip: rent linens and save the space in the car.

This house was very roomy with plenty of beds for our crew. It had a lovely front porch to sit and sip coffee in the morning. The location was perfect, directly across from beach entrance. The laundry had full size washer and dryer and laundry room had plenty of storage space. We were able to store our bike and beach chairs in the garage. walking distance to the essentials... Park bakery, B&B and surf taco! Charlie’s ice cream just a block over. The outside deck was lovely in the evening we could see the sunset and we could look towards the ocean at the same time. If you forget anything you can be for sure to find it either in the bathroom or the kitchen, plenty of extra amenities . I would definitely recommend this house for your family!
