We prohibit rentals of my property to individuals under the age of 25.
My rental listing prohibits group rentals and disruptive gatherings, regardless of size, which may result in disturbances to the surrounding community.
We are only hosting families and adult couples, and will not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be staying on the property. All house rules are clearly stipulated prior to booking.
Beautiful, newly constructed multi-level single-family home. Located on the ocean block, north end of town, on the desirable Ortley Beach/Seaside Heights border. Four bedrooms four bath, accommodating ten with outside shower and barbecue area. Here is one close to the beach at north end of the beach colony, village shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from this vacation home!

We had a wonderful week staying at 57 Sampson Ave. The home is just beautiful and very spacious and the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk and so close to the carousel. My grandsons rode the carousel every day! There were so many amenities available that made our stay comfortable but a few things could be adjusted to make the
guests’ stay a bit more comfortable. The WIFI password that was supplied didn’t work and the property management didn’t get back to me with the correct password even though I had made a call shortly after arriving at the home. The grill and bikes were not accessible (no tank or grates) even though a grill and bikes are shown in the photos of the home. A larger trash can would be helpful especially for large families renting the property for a week. Aside from those few issues overall our stay was amazing and I would consider renting the property again.
