53 E Street

The house worked out great for our family who ranged from 1 year old to 75. House was very clean, 8 bedrooms & 3 baths meant we could sleep everybody comfortably w/o being crowded.The kitchen was well-equipped, especially important considering we had extended family staying in two other houses in SP. Because of the fabulous backyard with seating for large numbers of people, we hosted dinners for all of the extended family on a couple of nights and had no trouble sitting everybody outside. The cornhole was a popular diversion too; not used as much as we expected was the bar area with tv outdoors. We aren't big tv watchers, but it was a great setup! The previous week's tenants had left two bags of garbage in the cans, but I was warned of this when I checked in. It would've been great to have a third garbage can as we ended up carting extra garbage and recycling to the town drop-off on the Saturday that we left. All in all, we had a great week and would return to this house in a heartbeat.

This was the second year that we rented 53 E street. The family loves the property. Great locally,Very clean , and loaded with all the amenities needed for a great vacation. The backyard area is a special treat with a bar, TV, and corn hole. Plenty of room to just relax or play games. The upstairs patio is also roomy and comfortable. The Arthur Rue staff is always very pleasant and helpful and ready to address all your needs with a smile . We’ll be back next year, possibly for 2 weeks if it’s available.

Everything was clean and accomodating. We have been renting for years. This property would be in our top 10!!

Although the weather was horrible, the house was great. We’ve gone down to the shore with the family every year for over 40!years and had a house of our own for 10 of them. This was one of the best rentals we ever had. Bedrooms are a little small, but serviceable. The location is good, but having to go another block to the beach entrance was a little inconvenient. The living area was terrific with the large back yard and outside bar and TV. Looking for to returning to this house next year with hopefully better weather

From start to finish, this was a great rental experience. The staff at the Arthur Rue Agency are always friendly and helpful. We have been using “Rue” for decades, and they have consistently been outstanding. This is the 6th summer that we’ve rented this particular house, and we are very happy with everything about it. The owner has continued to make improvements to the house and property, and we are very happy to make it our home away from home for a week every summer.

Recent upgrades to the outdoor environment have made this property the perfect location for my extended family’s annual Jersey Shore action. The expanded deck area and the downstairs bar area (with TV) have made the outdoor living space fantastic. The interior of the home is bright and clean. This place has everything we needed to make our beach week exceptional.

The house is spacious, with plenty of "common area" space as well as 8 bedrooms. It's a relatively short walk to the beach or the bay, and the F Street beach entrance provides access for wheel chairs. The backyard is very large, and easily accommodated our large family group. The small kitchen is nice, but we ended up using the provided grill most of the time. The newly added outdoor shower is fantastic. Some beach toys, chairs and a cart (for toting everything up to the beach) are provided. This was our third season renting this property and we love it!
