This was a perfect beach house. Open dining and living room, modern kitchen, air conditioning. Great location across the street from the beach, wonderful views. The property is well maintained.

The owners are very thoughtful about offering so many extras (kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook, blend, toast, mix, bake!), they provided cleaning products, laundry detergent, garbage bags, bathroom paper and paper towels to get you started, hand soap and so much more. The home is decorated beautifully for the beach and we spent most evenings on the spacious, enclosed front porch! Beach badges included, too. The beach entry is directly across the street which comes in handy when packing up little ones. Spacious back yard with grill. The boardwalk activities are close enough to walk but far enough that you aren't affected by noise or traffic. We really didn't need anything but good weather - which we did have! One MINOR mention is the house key situation - the front porch exterior door doesn't lock - but the door from the porch to the living room does. Would have like to lock the porch door while we were out there at night or to keep the little ones secured.
