This house is good value. Everything worked. However the lazy Susan was broken. But no big deal. Only drawbacks are no master bath or deck. Roomy family area. No issue with it being across from Windjammer or next to liquor store. Walking distance to a lot of convenience stores (Surf Taco, Bakery, etc).

It was our second year at this property. Can’t imagine finding a better place to accommodate our family of 10. The space is fabulous. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room is perfect to keep everyone together. The outdoor shower is a must when returning from the beach with the little ones! It’s a quiet location with close access to the beach, ice cream shop, convenience store, bakery and an awesome clothing and gift shop. The 4 bedrooms are very spacious. And there’s a big back yard which is perfect for grilling, dining and late night fires in the fire pit. We are so looking forward to our next year vacation on the seaside!

Stayed 2 weeks. House new and very clean. One block from beach. Liquor store, Surf Taco, bakery, Ice Cream Boss all close by.
All Arthur Rue people I've dealt with are great.
Minor issues with house - this year grille switched from gas line prev year to propane tank, garage code didn't work (though easy to open garage from inside), no upstair tvs really work since they don't seem to have cable subscriptions.
Overall, great house and very good location. Beds very comfortable.

House as perfect for our big family. Plenty of room, great proximity to the beach and a few necessary shops as well as an unbelievable bakery. The large backyard was a bonus. We enjoyed outdoor dining as well as hanging out at night around the fire pit Arthur Rue Agency was extremely accommodating. We look forward to next year.

House seems pretty new and in great condition - open floor plan downstairs was great. Large laundry room, backyard area with table, chairs, grille (attached to gas line). A block from beach and right near liquor store, market, ice cream place. Bedrooms upstairs were nice and beds comfortable. The fact that it had a garage made it useful to store beach gear.
Going back next year.

Home was new, very clean. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 young children.
Very close to beach as well as bakery, liquor stores, ice cream place, etc.
Garage was useful for storing beach stuff.
Ended up staying 2 weeks there.
Service from Arthur Rue was great. Very happy with experience.
