great home, close to beach, well stocked kitchen very helpful. No outdoor shower per listing. Ice maker did not work. But a very comfortable home with a great back yard for entertaining, lots of seating and shade.

Our vacation was wonderful! The house served our purpose and beach was spectacular. 4 children and 3 adults fit just fine here!! We cooked a lot of our meals here and there was plenty of available resources.

This was a great, pet friendly rental... perfect backyard for the pups...loved that the kitchen was fully stocked...anything you needed was there...utensils, pots, pans, etc....not the case with all rentals...very well organized.. We all had a great week!

My family rented this house for a week and had a fantastic time. The home is comfortably furnished and has cottage charm. The living room couches are new since the pictures were taken. The well appointed kitchen met all our needs and was easy to cook in. We really appreciated having laundry on site with a toddler. The home is located in the heart of everything Seaside Park has the to offer. Easy walks to playgrounds, beaches, and food. The outside patio had lots of tables and chairs and two umbrellas to help keep the sun off. The a/c was welcome on warm days and we got a lovely sea breeze on cooler days. Can’t wait to come back! Would definitely stay in this house again. Working with Arthur Rue was easy and they provided great service before and during our stay.
