The vacation rental home is very nice traditional shore home. It's spacious livingroom and combination dining room gave us plenty of room for dinners and relaxing. Kitchen is a good size and fit our family perfectly. Having all working ACs and TVs in each room was a plus. We spent time on the enclosed porch when not on the beach. We loved the proximity to the boardwalk and beach. The 3 bathrooms were nice and clean as was the entire house when we arrived. Our rental agency team was awesome communicating and answering any questions. The vacation was great. We would like to book two weeks next yr for last week of july and 1st week of Aug

The week was lovely. The house was spotless and the furniture and beds were comfortable. We were disappointed that no badges were supplied as we have rented on SSP for over 38 years and have always had badges included in our lease. Other than that and only 6 forks the home was wonderful.

Nice rental. Everything was as described. Short walk to the beach. I would rent here again.

I have to say we really enjoyed our stay at 36 North Ave. As a former home owner at the park and renter for 25 years this house provided the traditional charm for a house at the beach. Proximity to the beach and stores made it very convenient for all. We had a nice vacation and would rent again.

This house was good. Great location to the beach and store’s downtown. The back yard needed some attention with overgrown weeds. Their is not really an outside shower it was in the laundry room outback. Furniture in living room needs to updated.
Don’t get me wrong we liked the house just needs some TLC!

For the most part, the vacation was very good. Despite some weather issues where the power went out two times, we were happy with the minor renovations that the owners provided.
