I have rented from Aurthur Riue agency 2 years in a row because I liked the rental unit, but will never do business with them again. Their staff is unorganized and down right rude!

Property was the perfect size for 4 grown adults. Can fit 6 but it could be a little tight. Great outdoor deck. Love the location! About 3/4 block walk to beach. Very close to Park Bakery, B&B dept store, Surf Taco, and White Oak Market. Been coming to Seaside Park since I was a kid. Have stayed in many properties through the years. Would stay here again!

Overall it was nice.
Wonderful apartment. Half block to the beach and a short walk to the bay. Close to the local market that makes a great breakfast and delicious subs. And a short drive to beautiful Island Beach State Park.
