We rented this unit in 2021 and came back, this time for 2 weeks. RLE is in very good shape. We are retired and don't need a lot of space so this is perfect for us. We enjoy sitting on the back patio for breakfast and listening to the birds and the quiet! 3rd Ave is an ideal location. We were close to Surf Taco, White Oak, Park Bakery, and the Union Church. What more could one ask for on vacation? And it's a short walk to 2nd Ave Beach. The kitchen is well stocked, but we eat out all meals except breakfast, so I can't comment. Everything works!! The only downside is that there are 3 room A/C units and not central air, but everything works!!

We love going to The Shore every summer. This rental is clean and everything works. Note that it is a small unit and okay for 2 adults and 2 small children. Ideal location close to Shore and More, Park Bakery, White Oak, Surf Taco, Union Church, and 4 minutes to the beach. It doesn't get any better!
