The place is perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of room on the main floor for family to get away from each other. Very clean. Appliances are new. Plenty of chairs for the beach and It is our 4th year that we have stayed here.

We love this place, all 7 of us. Plenty of room for us all to get our own space if needed. Bedrooms are good size and beds comfortable. Owners are great people and very helpful if you need anything. Only part we were not happy with is there is no vacuum cleaner for vacuuming up the daily sand we track in.

This house was perfect. It fit our group of 10 perfectly. We had 4 small children with us & the extra baby proofing, kids movies, & books were a great bonus! Plenty of seating for everyone & very spacious. Extremely clean! Perfect location, very close to the beach, bay, ice cream, & market. Owners stay in the back garage & were helpful. There was some confusion about parking (you can really only fit 2 cars in the driveway) but it was easily figured out. Our only complaint was the beach badges. The house only includes 4 badges so we had to do some scrambling to get more for the rest of our group. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Other than that it was great & we would definitely stay here again!

Our rental home was very comfortable, clean and conveniently located to the beach, bay and stores. I would not hesitate to recommend this house as a good beach rental.
