One of the best vacation rental I have ever had. Everything I could think of was provided. So close to the beach and all the boardwalk activities. Arthur Rue was a pleasure to work with.

The place was exactly as advertised. Great location a half block to the beach but still quiet. Plenty of parking, 2 spaces on the lot and lots of street parking. The nice features were: outdoor grill, outdoor seating and table, washer and drier. The rooms were small, but we were there for the beach not so sit inside. I would stay again.
The rental was very conveniently located to boardwalk and beach. Our family of 4 + small dog were comfortable there. The entire home was very clean and well maintained and the kitchen was adequately stocked with pots / pans / dishes. We couldn't hear the upstairs neighbors other than occassional walking on floor (not conversations / music). The AC worked well - it was in the 90s the week we were there. The owner was responsive to questions and to an issue with the washer. Provided: 2 beach badges; outdoor dining area with gas grill behind the house - away from sidewalk; pillows and comforters (rental agency said to bring own pillows and blankets but they were provided); off street parking. Living room is a bit tight as it has too much furniture in it (Could lose the table and 4 chairs and still have space to eat at kitchen bar). Shower had really good flow and water temperatures were fine. Renters vacuum and sweep prior to vacating property (could have used a dust pan). Location is very convenient - 3 min walk to boardwalk, but not close enough to the Heights to have all the traffic, night partying scene. FYI: GladToHaveYou2 app from rental agency was minimally informative (link for your stay takes you to the ageancy's homes for sale, you have to search then for the previous year's rental infomation for what to expect / what to bring, and the "having a maintenance issue" link did not work. Owner's contact info was posted on the fridge so I was able to reach out that way. Owner was very responsive and took care of a washing machine issue within 24 hours.)
