Enjoy time with family and friends in the additional units available for rent at the same location including generous off-street parking and beach passes.
We are only hosting families and will not accept any prom or graduation groups and the primary renter must be 25 years or older. All house rules are clearly stipulated prior to booking.

I had a great vacation at the Jersey Shore. The property I rented was perfect for my needs, as a satellite unit for visiting with my extended family who also rented at the Shore for the week. It was very clean & comfortable, just as described & pictured on the website. The only 2 issues I had were a lingering paint smell (as the unit had apparently been freshly painted) and difficulty operating one of the door locks (which I was told has been corrected) - neither was a big deal for me. The location was perfect! The amusement section of the boardwalk was only a 3-block walk & yet the unit is located in the relatively quiet bayside of town. The central A/C and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room kept me cool as a cucumber when I was there. The unit also had 2 off-street parking spaces in the rear, quite generous for a 2BR unit that sleeps 4.

Overall I had a great time & would stay here again as well as recommend this property to others. Arthur Rue Agency was also very helpful, with Lauren & Tammy providing great customer service!
