Great house in a good location on the bay with beautiful view. Easy to walk up to the boardwalk. Very nice kitchen with lots of counter space. Good size for four adults or two adults and three children. Nice size living room and convenient folding table for when you can’t sit outside on the lovely deck to eat. Rented kayaks and paddle boards from Yakkity Yak and had a blast on the deck and in the bay. Two great bathrooms with nice showers. I would consider it again depending on the number of people I have with me. Great house.

My children & I loved this house. Everything needed was there! There's only 2 things that needed to be corrected. The table umbrella did not have base which needed one. And the ladder going into the bay doesn't go down all the way making it very difficult to use/get out of.

Perfect spot on the bay. Nice house, had an enjoyable week.
