House was absolutely not worth the very high weekly rental rate. The house was quite dated throughout. The dressers, closet, and blinds in main bedroom were all broken. And the roof leaked straight into the bedroom. Directions on how to work TV’s were not available. The kitchen was quite rundown.
There was dog hair on all the beds’ mattress covers!
There were a load of very large boxes covering the back patio. Despite my calling 3 times to have them removed, they remained there our entire stay.

Only a short walk to the beach and not far from restaurants and boardwalk. They just got new backyard furniture which was nice, but they left all the boxes in the yard. Plenty of space on main floor and 4 bedrooms. Not much was updated in the house and it has lots of things to be fixed. The main bedroom blinds are broken as is the dresser and fan. Bed was comfortable, though. Other bedroom also had broken fan and outlets in bath upstairs didn’t work. The couches in den are old and not too comfy and vents were dirty. The grill is all rusty inside and out, but it worked with some tinfoil to protect the food. Overall, I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it unless they put some money into it. Neighbors were nice.

Nice big house with 4 nice bedrooms. Carpeting In good shape. Nice kitchen. New bar b q grill. Curtains were dated and need to be replaced. Otherwise,we would rent there again.

We had a wonderful time at Seaside Park! The street is great and the location is awesome! We were able to bring our dog who had a wonderful time on the beach and at the park. The house is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the A/C works-what else do you need? We will be back next summer!
The home was spacious. Very very dated and needed a lot of maintenance!!! The location was great for my family. Close to the beach. It served its purpose for the week.
