It is only a few houses away from the beach, has a great pool and outdoor area and, especially this year with COVID, was extremely clean. A few things they could work on: we have twice had the second and third floor AC stop working. It really needs to be replaced, however, I will say they addressed it each time it happened and had it fixed within a day or two.

Our rental experience was as close to perfect as you could get. Arthur Rue staff was easy to work with and the home we rented was beautiful. It had everything we needed.
My family loved every minute at this house. The pool was a bonus keeping them happy and busy. This house is the perfect place for entertaining friends and family. It’s spacious and very clean . We are all looking forward to being here next year..
