This home is very deceiving from the outside, it has little curb appeal. Once inside I was pleasantly surprised. The family living/kitchen space is fabulous. The beds are comfy.The backyard garden and waterfall are lovely.Our only negative was when we arrived the AC did not work on the 1st floor. The family had to relocate to the 2nd floor for 1 night. The owner and realtor Tony were very responsive and had it fixed on a Sunday.Wish the house came with beach chairs. There was no outside shower. Next time we would prefer to rent closer to the beach but this home has awesome views of the bay. We are landlocked in Ohio and spent every day on the beach.This area of south seaside is a hidden gem, restaurants, bars and ice cream are within walking distance. My family really enjoyed this home.
