We enjoyed our week stay at this location wity our family of four. The property was recently updated and was clean and modern. It is a smaller house like a bungalow size but we love the smaller beach houses. The lower level had nice outdoor furniture to enjoy the quiet street. It was just about a 3 block walk to the beach and a one block walk to the bay. The owner lives right next door and is super helpful and nice but not overbearing. A few important things to note that are not a big deal for some but made a difference for my family but things were easy to improvise for us. The inside shower and bathroom is very very small. If you must bathe a young child the inside shower will not work. The outside shower is a shared shower with the upstairs renters. The listing has a pull out couch as a bed but there is no way to pull the bed out as that area is not big enough. So it would just be a small couch NOT an actual single bed. An adult would not sleep comfortable on it as it is not a standard length couch. Overall our stay was great and we would rent here again.
