The location was perfect...especially for teenagers..for walking to beach and bay, and biking. House was well equipped (especially in kitchen and for dining). Several aspects of our stay could have been improved upon: # 1. There were 7 of us..owner provided only 6 beach badges..the info about the house said 11 occupants were possible. Why the discrepancy? #2. outside around the table- there were five chairs with comfortable seats...we needed to bring out 2 folding chairs...what about the 11 people that were advertised? # 3. A remote for TV was missing for 2 days. Office provided one in a day. #4 The bedroom on the left of the top of stairs was dusty.#5 Needed to check with nearby people about the garbage pick up schedule. #6. Office did a great job of getting a TV remote for house and also for communicating about checking in and also checking out. Thanks to the office for this.

The house was ideal for our family of 7. Great location, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Some of the furniture was a bit outdated, but everything was very clean and functional. Great backyard. Hoping to rent this house again next year. Personnel at Arthur Rue were extremely helpful and accommodating. Would recommend them to family and friends.

We loved the location! The beach was great and there are many restaurants in walking distance. The house itself was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The only negative for us was that it is advertised as sleeping 11 but there were only 9 chairs (counting the 2 folding) for eating. But overall we had a great experience.

This rental seaside park home was perfect for our family of 5. This house was nicely located between beach and bay. Walking distance to restaurants, deliss and easy bike ride to seaside heights. The house was extremely clean and had everything you needed. Its a little dated overall. We would rent again.

We had a wonderful time staying at the rental. The rental was clean and well kept. We are looking forward to renting again.
We have stayed in this rental before and love it. The house is big enough for my family and friends. The rental is in a wonderful location to the beach and restaurants. The house has large rooms and plenty of space. Would highly recommend this rental to other families.
