110 Brighton Ave

The house is beautiful and beachy. It accommodated our party of 6 very comfortably with room to spare! The top floor deck is an amazing! We love the location of the house is awesome. Close to the bay and ocean! The house also has great outdoor space in the back, an outdoor shower and plenty of off street parking. We will definitely try to come back to this house!

My stay was a very relaxing restful one. The property was in excellent condition, very clean, plenty of space, beautiful back room surrounding by windows was a great place for dining, entertaining, and simply enjoying family. Upstairs there was a lovely porch off the master bedroom which had a breathtaking view. This house was a great location, you had the bay on one side and ocean across the street. WE enjoyed BumRodgers other local restaurants and the farmers market. The yard had great area for grilling and another space for sitting and chatting. The front porch was a plus where I loved to seat at night. I would and have recommend this house to family and friends. I was very satisfied with my stay and would give it five stars.

We had a nice family vacation with plenty of room for everyone aside from the fact that the pantry in kitchen was loaded with owners tools etc. The downstairs entry coat closet was full of owners items and unusable. We had to store much of our boxed food and eating items on counter tops and floor in dining room.
We were inundated with the small sugar ants all over kitchen and couldn’t spray due to our personal items. Had to clean grease from catch pan on grill before use due to flames igniting. Also, the mattresses could be upgraded. We especially enjoyed the front porch and upstairs deck. The family dinners in the large dining room were great but the ants were constant companions.

Great house and would stay again. Had some info at check-out for rental agency but did not think my info was heard by rep. Closets throughout house and kitchen cabinets filled with "stuff" that did not need to be there and limited our unpacking our stuff for the week.
Also shower drains in house were slow to drain and one twin bed was very weak and needed repair. Otherwise the house was wonderful and location was great and would definitely stay again. Neighbors were extremely nice.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks visiting SSP with our family. The house at 110 Brighton was comfortable and has a beautiful view of the bay. The front porch and the upper covered porch are great places to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold drink In the evening! The location is perfect with both the bay and ocean a quick walk away.
